5.2 Any refunds for cancelled goods will be made by us within 30 days.
6. Faulty goods and shortages
You must notify us by telephone or email within 5 working days of receiving your order if any goods are faulty, damaged or missing. Any encrypted, electronically transmitted credit card details are held by our processing agents in a secure system and not passed to us.
8. Overseas Warranty
All goods which are supplied by us and sent outside the UK are not covered by the manufacturers usual warranty. For example if you buy a rod or pole and a section breaks within the UK warranty period we cannot claim against our supplier as their warranty is only valid inside the UK. We would always suggest that you insure expensive items against damage during use in case of breakages.
